Castle Cary station parking - can anybody reassure me please :')
Nice quick question, as the station itself doesn't have a direct external number any more, so I can't ask them.
Later this year, on a particularly busy date, my wife and I have booked tickets from Castle Cary for a couple of nights. We know there's nearby parking and it's 24-hour, and we should be fine to leave it there for a couple of days - but does the car park get very busy? Iirc the station is a bit remote (though still our closest) so we're slightly apprehensive about capacity. If it's never usually an issue according to people who know better, I think I'll finally relax a bit and tell her it's okay for real.
Thanks!
Still thinking about this TADC scene - "At the end of all of it, she..."
Didn't expect to see this specific mood reflected in any kind of story.
I have a bat infestation
And there is nothing i can do about it until August 1st. Apparently they’re protected and they are in their mating season. The one in the photo is a male, which males aren’t protected but he fell out during the pest control inspection. I guess it was a little chilly this morning and they apparently don’t do well with the cold, so he just fell to the ground if you can imagine it at about the same speed as a leaf off a tree.
Don’t even ask about the quote i received for the “eviction” as they called it.
Three little bats last night in the UK. One of them flew slowly with a wonky wing so we got a good look at him. I have a guess for species but I'm not super confident, because I've heard others are more common where I live.
