Cloak Industries FRT compatibility assistance.

As many of you may (or may not) have seen, users are reporting fitment/compatibility issues with their GHM and potentially SPC uppers not closing with the lower due to the thicker and higher shelf on the upper. I have not ordered one (yet), but I was curious to see how wide this issue may be.

Upon inspecting my GHM this morning, mine has the thinner and shorter shelf. My GHM serial begins with US22 and was purchased by me in March of 2023 from EuroOptic. I believe this issue may be strictly tied to models made earlier in 2021 or models that are pre “US22”, due to some users with “US21” serials saying they have the thinner shelf. I have confirmed with a few other owners with US22+ serials that they have the new thinner shelf design.

I believe the best way for Cloak Industries to tackle this would be to add a drop down option on the product page for users to verify which shelf they may have (with pictures identifying what that may look like) and that should eliminate further posts and issues regarding compatibility.

If there’s any inconsistencies in my research into this, feel free to comment.

Seems that B&T AG and B&T USA have reached a settlement in their legal dispute according to B&T USA.

B&T AG also seems to have won their trademark back as well in the US.

Starting to get into watches as a hobby. We start here. My first G-Shock in over 15 years. G-Shock x Coca Cola “CasiOak”.

The details on this piece are insane. Been waiting to pickup stateside since the first look. Absolutely fire.

Grabbing a Gen 5 Oura Ring today, but can’t decide between Black and Stealth. Thoughts?

As title states, I’m going to be grabbing one. I’m having the hardest time deciding between Black and Stealth. To me, the shiny looks dope but less durable. The Stealth looks fire too, but not as clean as black. I do work at a desk most days but I also do a lot of outdoor stuff.

I also noticed that the Stealth is now PVD coated, and not DLC like the previous generation, so now I’m even wondering if it’s even worth the extra $100. The other colors def aren’t of interest to me. Could use some help.

Exigent RICO309 vs OCL Milkman vs CAT AlleyCat 36/MOB. GHM9 and Rattler LT Testing/Comparison.

Apologies for what seems like me "spamming". Reddit will not process the video when posted directly here, so I've uploaded to Youtube and you can view it there.

Im back with another comparison/test. This time, we are including the new Exigent Defense RICO309, which is their latest 9MM suppressor. Been hearing quite a bit about this one, but I always want to test cans myself without any influence or outside opinions. Unfortunately, I did not have my AP5 on me yesterday, so it is strictly direct blowback footage with my GHM9. I also did testing with the RICO309 and AC36 on my Rattler LT with Phantom Defense 220gr subsonic ammo. Both cans are rated for subsonic 300BLK, but Exigent specifically claims that the RICO is optimized for it, so I tested that. I did not include the Milkman in that specific testing, as I never considered it being rated for it at that time.

As always, DISCLAIMER: Im not on ANY of these companies payroll, team, staff, etc. My word isn't law, a final verdict. I'm not a guru or self proclaimed "expert" of anything. I'm just a consumer that loves suppressors and earns my bread just like most of you. Everything in the video (except the RICO309, which isn't mine. Thats courtesy of Tennessee Silencer) belongs to and was funded by ME. These are just MY thoughts and opinions. If you take issue with what I say, take that up with whatever higher power you believe in. I'm always 100 and my integrity is everything. Play ball.

TL;DW/DR: The RICO309 is a DAMN GOOD can. It truly is. I know Exigent isn't particularly a liked brand cause of their past antics, but we gotta be honest about things in this space. While I have enjoyed my MOB for the time I've owned it, don't regret owning it and it is STILL a top performer, I think in 2026 its extremely difficult to justify paying over $100+ more or to continue to soul search/wait on consistent restocks for a MOB/AC36 due to cans like the Milk and RICO being damn near indistinguishable to it. If you got the RICO over the MOB/AC, you'd have a difficult time distinguishing variances between them. I'm very impressed and it is super fire to see how suppressor technology has advanced in the past couple years. That said, I prefer the Milkman over both of them still just off form factor, better gas mitigation and looks alone.

This is my verdict: If you keep missing MOB restocks or think the MOB just costs too much (its been over 2 years, still costs over $1k and difficult to acquire), I'd honestly grab the RICO. You'd be VERY happy and wouldn't feel like you're "settling". If you want a shorter can with better looks (to me), better gas mitigation and want to support a dope company like OCL, get the Milkman.

BRT CAR15-SD with Colt lower. What’s the best option?

I’m about to order the CAR15-SD Gen 2 upper (I already know about the wait) and wanted to know if using a Colt lower is possible? If so, whats the best lower for this and what is needed to make it happen? I’m looking at maybe a Griffin MK2 lower but if there’s another suggested lower, I’m willing to check it out. I know CMMG says it won’t work with their MK9 lower, but haven’t confirmed.

If it’s too much of a hassle or reliability isn’t there, is it better to just stay with a standard AR lower?
