Does anyone else feel like the isolation during NEET PG preparation has made them socially anxious or scared to interact with people?

On top of that, I keep seeing daily news about how residents are treated in this country—long working hours, poor working conditions, violence, and burnout. It honestly makes me question why we’re studying so hard if this is what awaits us.

Has anyone else lost their motivation because of this? How do you deal with these thoughts?

I’m preparing for NEET PG and currently study long hours, sometimes until 2–3 AM.
I drink black coffee in morning and milk coffee in evening but even then i feel sleepy in morning with low concentration span.

I’m considering adding a supplement to improve concentration and reduce mental fatigue. I’ve been reading about:
L-theanine (100–200 mg with coffee)
Creatine monohydrate

My goal is not necessarily to stay awake longer but to improve focus, retention, and question-solving efficiency during long study sessions.
For those who are preparing for neet pg what do you all use to increase concentration and to avoid caffeine tolerance

What worked best for you along with coffee?
Is L-theanine worth it?

I have some money parked in hdfc ultra short term debt fund , from which daily stp is ongoing to equity fund .
