Advice on binders / sports bras?

Hi!
My girlfriend has been having a lot of issues with neck and back pain recently. She is very masc and only wears bras with a ton of compression since she’s a bit larger chested. She has a few binders as well.
Part of the issue is that all of them are racerback and dig into her skin to provide as much flattening as she wants.

I want to find her a better alternative so she can be in a bit less pain. Have any of you all found something you prefer? I want to defer to the experts bc I’m small-chested and feminine, so I’m very out of my element!
Any advice or recs are appreciated 💕

Hair Identity Crisis

(I’m being dramatic with the title. I’m really just curious.) I’ve been a blonde my whole life, like one of those that started white and gradually turned more golden as I got older. When I started my new job last year, all of a sudden people started calling me “Red” or “the girl with the red hair,” “Strawberry,” etc.

I don’t care either way since I’ve always been blonde, but I’m curious what actual redheads think? I tried to include a bunch of different lighting.

I also think maybe people have just gotten so used to white-blonde that they are less used to a honey-ish blonde!
