I have a question regarding employment verification. Suppose someone has worked at a company for 5–6 years, but the company has now shut down just a year ago. Before that, they had already been working at another company for around 3 years. If they now want to switch to a new company, how would their employment history with the closed company typically be verified, especially if the company did not deduct PF or have PF contributions? What documents or alternatives could be used to prove that employment?

I'm due to go on maternity leave in about a month, and I'm feeling a bit confused about how the whole process usually works.

I've already informed my manager, my coach, and HR, but I'm not sure what happens next. Will someone from HR or my team reach out to guide me through the transition, handover, and paperwork, or is it my responsibility to initiate everything?

I'm also wondering what happens if I have to go on leave earlier than expected because of an emergency or if the baby arrives before my due date. How does that usually work?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice on what I should be doing at this stage. Thanks!

I'll be starting maternity leave in October, I've found myself feeling less motivated at work lately. Logging in each day feels like a task, and I've been procrastinating a lot. The recent hike has also dipped my motivation. I'm not sure how to stay productive during these next few months. Is someone else in a similar situation?
