I especially loved seeing him in LEGO Batman: Family Matters where he casually abducts members of the Bat Family to reunite with Batman and everybody’s happy with seeing him again, even Bruce.

I’m happy for the PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC Users that all get to play the game currently or on the 22nd. Meanwhile Switch users got absolutely no idea when it’s being ported.

Scott Snyder created a beloved Batman by doing this one neat trick: Making Bruce Wayne not inherit $5 Billion Dollars, but rather come from a Middle-Class household. Instead of being the CEO of Wayne Tech Industries this 24 Year Old Bruce Wayne is a Civil Engineer. He also made him 6’9 and characters like Bane and Joker look like Eldritch Abominations that are multiple stories tall. His first issue of Absolute Batman was Awarded Comic of the Year for 2025.

Matt Reeves created 2022 The Batman with a rookie Bruce Wayne starting off his career as a Vigilante. He showcases a more grounded and vulnerable Bruce Wayne. There’s so many cinematic pieces throughout the movie that could easily be screenshot and displayed on a wall as an artpiece. Truly one of the best movies, especially Superhero movies of 2022.

I’m glad Batman is getting these reboots.

Is it possible for me to still enjoy especially his edgy rendition of Batman that would make Flashpoint Paradox and Absolute Batman blush, or should I move on?

I’m on the fence of Christian Bale’s Tumbler, Val Kilmer’s Batmobile, or Kevin Conroy’s Arkham Batmobile as my stand in for Absolute’s BatBRICK’s Batmobile.

I was bummed when I found out that Legacy of the Dark Knight is referencing ARKHAM KNIGHT, BEYOND, and especially ABSOLUTE’s Universes. However, they’re not making any references towards 2004 The Batman or 2003’s Teen Titans’ Animated Series whatsoever.

Is it licensing issues? Does DC wish to forget about these renditions of Batman?
