Hoping to get some help and advise.
I am looking to switch from a 8mm barbell ring very dainty to a clicker instead of a hoop.
I have a tiny figure and I am looking to add something thats not in your face.
I heard you can use eyebrow clickers as they have 8mm clickers - would that be okay?
I can only find 10mm clickers and it just looks too bulky on me sadly
My dad ordered me a vial of 10mg reta this week. Without checking with me he added the bac water in this week and he added 2ml.
Just one quick question - My goal is to do 1mg a week, so do i take 20 units of my reta per week?
My little graph that i did just to make me understand and keep track of it. (Was meant to say 5 units not .05, in my mind was working in ml’s)
Please be kind when answering, just double checking so i can do my dosages right :)
One more question.
I am around 53kgs looking to lose the last bit of stubborn fat - is dosing 1mg per week too much or just enough if I do it for a month and then titrating down after that?
