1 Month Backpacking Gilgit-Baltistan on a Budget (Local Transport & Hitchhiking) - Need Advice!

Hey everyone,

I'm planning a 1-month budget backpacking trip across Gilgit-Baltistan. I want to keep costs around PKR 150,000 total by using local HiAce vans, shared jeeps, hitchhiking, dhabas, and budget homestays/camping.

Rough Route: Gilgit \rightarrow Ghizer (Phander/Yasin) \rightarrow Hunza & Gojal \rightarrow Skardu/Baltistan \rightarrow Astore/Fairy Meadows.

A few quick questions:

* Ideal time of the year for this?

* Is PKR 4,000–5,000/day realistic if I completely avoid private transport?

* How easy is hitchhiking and catching early-morning shared jeeps along this route?

* Any quiet, cheap hidden gems in Ghizer or Baltistan worth visiting?

* Are locals generally fine with tent pitching near homestays/fields for a small fee?

* Any tips for keeping transport costs down on rough tracks like Fairy Meadows or Deosai?

Appreciate any advice or feedback! Thanks.

Brand New Pixel 10 - Google Wallet saying "device doesn't meet security standards" Help!

I just got a brand new, Pixel 10 straight out of the box, but I'm running into a massive headache trying to set up Google Wallet contactless payments.

When I try to add my card, I instantly get the infamous error screen: "This device can't be set up to pay contactless. Your device doesn't meet security standards. It may be rooted or running uncertified software."

Here is the weirdest part: My bank actually authorized the setup and deducted the verification amount from my account, but Google Wallet threw this error at the last second and blocked the card from being added.

What I've already checked/tried:

The phone is 100% stock, unrooted, and brand new.

Play Protect Certification in the Play Store settings says "Device is certified."

A third-party Play Integrity API Checker says the phone passes the integrity standards.

I've already cleared the storage/cache for Google Wallet, Google Play Store, and Google Play Services, and restarted the phone. The issue still persists.

Has anyone dealt with this on a fresh Pixel setup?

Why isn't NBPGETF moving with its underlying holdings?

I've been tracking NBPGETF and something doesn't seem right.

I understand that the ETF was recently re-priced from around Rs. 35 to Rs. 29.5 after the payout, so I'm not talking about that adjustment.

My question is about the last 3 trading days. The stocks in its portfolio have generally been moving up with the market, but the ETF itself has barely reflected those gains.

Is this because of low liquidity, the market maker not adjusting prices efficiently, or is there something else I'm missing about how this

Why can't I fill a 4k unit order on an ETF with 83k daily volume?

Hey everyone, relatively straightforward question but I'm a bit stuck.

I'm trying to buy 4,000 units of an ETF. The current daily volume is sitting around 83,500, so in my head, a 4,000 unit order shouldn't be an issue. However, the order just isn't filling.

I know that volume is historical (what has traded, not what's currently sitting on the table), but I figured with 83k traded today there would be enough liquidity for a 4k order.

Am I running into an issue with the order book depth/ask size? Or does it have something to do with how ETF market makers refresh their quotes?

Any insight into why this happens or tips on how to get it filled (should I break it into smaller batches?) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
