Release the 2022 old Zip drive of last collab with NVIDA

in 2022 NVIDIA and Zapata Computing (now Zapata Quantum / ZPTA) did have a real collaboration.
The main connection:
July 2022: Zapata announced that its Orquestra quantum software platform was integrated with NVIDIA cuQuantum, NVIDIA’s SDK for accelerating quantum circuit simulation on GPUs.
July 2022: NVIDIA announced its QODA hybrid quantum-classical platform and listed Zapata Computing among the quantum software companies collaborating in that ecosystem.
What it means for ZPTA:
It was not NVIDIA buying Zapata or taking a major ownership stake.
It was a technology ecosystem partnership/integration: Zapata’s quantum application software + NVIDIA GPU acceleration/software.
For investors, it shows Zapata had an early relationship with NVIDIA’s quantum strategy before the later AI/quantum hype cycle.
So the answer is: yes, NVIDIA and Zapata were working together in 2022, mainly around cuQuantum, GPUs, and hybrid quantum-classical computing.
