I made some other jewellery, but this style is my favourite so far and I think this is the style I will keep practicing. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how I can improve. I would love to eventually start making accessories and items people can wear.

I am diagnosed with pcos, pots and fibromyalgia. I was also losing a lot of blood from pcos and i developed anaemia but I was put on iron tablets which helped. I will continue taking iron tablets for 8 months. I am currently on month 5 of taking iron tablets.
I had small problems with my stomach since taking iron tablets, just more gassy and looser stools after eating ect, but i could handle it because I was used to stomach pain from being sensitive to certain foods having a sensitive gut and pcos, but i learnt ways to manage it and cut out certain foods ect which helped.
Well out of nowhere a week ago, I started to get quite worried because I was getting these new symptoms, out of nowhere I started to feel this pain under my left rib, it hurt so badly to even talk, laugh or move. That lasted for a few days and then went away. The pain travelled to my lower stomach and now is in my belly button area but the pain is different now. It’s more like a burning sensation and feels really heavy, I’ve also started to feel nauseous, loss of appetite, dizzier than usual, heart pains are worse than usual, and a headache. Im also sleeping a lot. My favourite foods that I usually eat are making me feel sick and I feel so nauseous when I wake up. Passing stools more frequently even more after food and pain and symptoms is getting worse after I eat. Pain also travels to hips and back. I’ve also not felt myself, I have chronic illnesses anyway but since feeling like this im even more anxious, emotional, depressed, ect. My hormones feel all over the place.
I am dating someone but I can’t be pregnant, because I had my period a week ago..I’ve had blood spotting come and go even after my period. ?
I did wonder if it was an STD but then that doesn’t explain the worst symptom which is my bad stomach. feeking extra gassy, and worse after eating. So I’m not sure about that?
Also I’m not sure if UTI’s cause these symptoms?
So now I’m wondering if it’s something do with PCOS.
Or appendicitis, but the pain has been coming and going.
The thing that confused me was that it just happened out of nowhere all these new symptoms.
Does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be or has anyone experienced similar? Please let me know id be so thankful
