For all my professional MUAs out there, what professional course should I do?

I am just starting out in the industry (Mumbai-based) and want to do a professional makeup course to gain skills, connections, and build my kit. The two options that seem the most viable are Daniel Bauer Academy and ABC by Kryolan. Ofc there are pros and cons to both, so I really need advice on which direction to go in.

DBA is quite pricey (approx 7L with taxes) but there is face time and learning from Daniel himself and the placements are offered throughout the course duration. The kit is also quite pricey but has a variety of brands including Danessa Myricks etc. DBA also helps you with models and photographers for the portfolio shoots. I am unsure what the placements and job opportunities would look like after the course and would love guidance from anyone who knows.

ABC is newer and has few students per batch, the cost is way lesser (approx 3-4L with taxes) with the products included in the cost. However, only Kryolan products will be offered, and models and photographers are not offered for the portfolio shoots.

I am not sure which direction to go in, because ultimately both courses offer skills and portfolio building, but I want to do a course that gives me the best possible ROI and chances to find work after the course. I did look at Namrata Soni Academy as well but they have ghosted my multiple inquiries over text and email.

Please please help me, I've quit my corporate slave job to pursue my makeup dream and I don't want to take the wrong first step!

How do I deal with the indigestion and nausea? Feels like I'm gonna get a heart attack

Day 8 of quitting and I'm having a tougher time with the digestion issues than anything else. The "not today, maybe tomorrow" method is helping me not smoke, but I am having the worst indigestion and heartburn of my life.

I used to smoke late night and eat crap for munchies just before bed, and now I've turned my schedule around to wake up early and eat breakfast and sleep by 10.30-11 pm. I have also started prescription medication for my brain, which has been an anxiety inducing process for me. My anxiety is also at an all time high. So atp idk if the nausea and vomiting is from the withdrawal, the medicine, or my crippling anxiety.

Just looking for some guidance and reassurance from people in community on how to better deal with the digestive issues and anxiety that comes with quitting.

Any advice for anxious people who are trying to quit pot?

I (31F) became a full time stoner during the first lockdown, and I've basically not stopped smoking since. Iwas in denial about my addiction for a long time but I can now feel that it's my crutch and escape mechanism for everything that's wrong with my life. I hate how it makes me feel but I can't stop wanting it? It's like my body and heart want to quit but my brain isn't listening.

Fortunately, I've had to cut down consumption by a lot recently because I've been called into office full time after 7 years of WFH. I'm glad that this is happening tbh because I've been trying to quit for over a year now, but the withdrawals and anxiety are absolutely killing me and I need advice on how to manage it.

I've developed crazy acid reflux, it feels like I can't breathe, and the anxiety is manifesting in weird physical ways like a lump in my throat that makes me feel like I forgot how to swallow. I am able to manage when I'm with friends and busy, but at night by myself I am just a mess. Of course, all the stuff I was numbing is coming out and keeping me up at night, making me feel like my life is falling apart.

Could really use some advice and guidance about managing the mental and emotional chaos of quitting. I really want to get to a place where this shit doesnt define me and I can rest a bit easy.
