I got shocked by my mid-2007 (A1224) iMac's psu while I was swapping the HDD with an SSD (it was off, but still had power). Will I be okay?

I brushed the back of my fingernail against it and got a little jump off of it. My left arm aches a lot and my head hurts a little - it's been about 20 minutes though, and other than that I feel fine.

If anyone knows the voltage that runs through an idle A1224 iMac's psu, please comment. Thank you.
