Gousto trial? Recommendations and what should I avoid?
Planning to get my first Gousto. Family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Any recipe recommendations or avoids? Thanks in advance.

Tonight is night 1 of sleep training my 9-month-old using the Ferber method, and she actually fell asleep on her own after the check-ins. I'm cautiously optimistic!
We currently follow the 3/3/4 schedule..
For those who have used Ferber, did you also use it for naps right away the next day, or did you focus on nighttime sleep first and tackle naps later? What worked best for your baby?
My 9 month old suddenly refuses to sleep independently or in her crib/cot anymore and I’m struggling.
At around 6 months we used the PU/PD (pick up put down) method and she was actually sleeping in her cot for full nights with some help settling. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked.
What changed was we took an international trip with a big time difference, and during the trip we started cosleeping because honestly we had no other option and everyone was exhausted. Since coming back, she completely refuses the crib.
Now she will only sleep if I’m next to her and we’ve ended up cosleeping most nights because otherwise nobody sleeps at all. We do 3/3/3
The second I transfer her into the cot she wakes up crying.
Has anyone gone through something similar after travel/time zone changes? Especially babies who used to sleep independently and then suddenly refused the cot around 8–10 months?
What sleep training method worked best at this age? Did you redo PU/PD, use chair method, Ferber, or something else?
Would really appreciate hearing experiences/advice.
