Hello! My name is Lily and I’m currently looking for a lease, long-term sublease, or roommate(s) for a June 30th or July 1st move-in with a max budget of $2,500/month.
My ideal neighborhoods are the Upper West Side and Morningside Heights, but I’m also open to other Manhattan neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Hell’s Kitchen, Midtown, Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Gramercy, Flatiron, Chelsea, the West Village, Greenwich Village, East Village, Nolita, NoHo, SoHo, Lower East Side, Tribeca, and Financial District. I’m also open to other neighborhoods including Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Dumbo, Bed-Stuy, and Bushwick, as well as Astoria.
A little bit about me: I’m a 24-year-old female currently doing research at Columbia University and I work as a psychotherapist as well. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and generally pretty quiet at home. I also have a cat who is very sweet and pretty quiet as well!
