First attempt and grafting

So this is one of my first attempts at grafting, they both seem to have stuck. One is on a sp and it looks a little funky, almost like it’s melted. If anyone has any advice/input on that one that would be great.

The other is on something (could use some help identifying) and that one seems pretty good.

If anyone has any pointers moving forward that would be super helpful.

Advice?

Just got this bundle of joy, don’t have dirt mix at the moment. I can move some other lophs around in pots that I have to make some room. I guess what I’m asking is, will these be Alrite with out dirt for a couple days?
