i'm selected for se role in oct 2025 my portal status is decision pending and when i inspect my offer id is 0 ...some people says that if you are about to get OL your offer id get generated 2 3 weeks ago ...is it true guys...does it mean that i have to wait more and i will not get ol in this round

I'm "23F" having severe hairfall vitamin sb check karaya tha deficiency hui toh cover bhi kiya abhi sb normal aaya hai test mai but still hairfall nhi ruk rha... scalp visibility badd gyi hai .. someone pls suggest me a good doctor in Indore plss help
