I bought this car used last year with 19k miles on it, the windshield was almost perfect. Since then I keep getting a lot of pitting and very small chips. I've never had a car getting its windshield damaged so fast. I was thinking maybe it's from the automatic car wash but that would mean the entire car should be full of scratches and chipping paint, but the paint is almost the same as it was the day I bought it. Is this windshield more susceptible to chipping and pitting than other cars?
