Need some advice with selecting a new monitor for my new build.

I'm going to build a new all white pc with the following specs. Ryzen 5 9600x, 16gb ddr5 6000mhz and a RX 9070 XT. My current build is an Ryzen 5 5600 and a RX 6650 XT and only ever played on 1080p.

The only thing i'm still not sure about is the monitor. I do know that I want a Philips Evnia monitor because of the white color and the Ambiglow, but I'm not sure which one. I'm considering one of these.

- Evnia 34M2C5501A (34 inch WQHD 1440p curved 180hz) 269 euros
- Evnia 27M2N5901A (27 inch 4K UHD 2160p - 4K 160hz and 320hz 1080p) 299 euros
- Evnia 27M2N6501L (27 inch QD-OLED 1440p 240hz) 389 euros

I will mainly play online shooters and occasionally some singleplayer games.
Is a cheaper one a better option and put the remaining amount of money into 32gb RAM or is 16 gb enough and go for a QD-OLED?

For me every step will be an insane one based on what I am used of today, but it also makes it more difficult to make a decision.

Am I better off with 1440p or 4k and should I go for QD-OLED or not?
