We just launched the easiest way for you to make ads using Claude Code! Is it worth it?

Hey guys!
We've just launched Goose CLI for Claude Code. Now you can make ads just with one command in your terminal and would love for you guys to try it out.

Our launch post: https://x.com/sohmehta/status/2070222428169724370

You can also directly install it with this command: npx gooseworks install --all

Would love you guys to try it out and let us know feedback. You can always write to me at soham@gooseworks.ai

P.S. The ad you see was also made by Goose. The link to our open source skills library is in the first comment 👇

All feedback and comments are welcome!

I’ve been building Goose Skills, a public library of plug-and-play skills for AI agents running Claude Code, OpenClaw, or Hermes.

The whole scaffolding was built with Claude Code itself - it wrote the initial skill templates, helped me test edge cases, and even generated the documentation. The idea is simple: instead of everyone reinventing slash commands, you just drop a skill file into your agent and it can suddenly generate motion graphics, styled e‑books, interactive charts, and more.

What it does (and how Claude helped):

  • I described the kind of skills I wanted, and Claude Code generated the first working skills.mdfiles and the surrounding config.
  • It then helped me iterate on the instructions to make them robust across different models (like testing prompt formats, fallback logic, output quality).
  • The result is a library that’s completely free to use- you can clone it, run it locally, or just copy the skill prompts into your own agent.

Now here’s where you come in - community bounties
I know a lot of you have built your own Claude Code slash commands and skill files that are battle-tested in real workflows. To grow the library, Gooseworks (the team behind it) is offering $100 bounties for each skill that gets published. It’s essentially a “thank you” for sharing your work, and you get credited as a contributor in the repo + mentioned in our newsletter (2k+ subscribers).

Some skill ideas the community has been throwing around:

  • vid-motion-graphics – generate short motion graphics clips from a prompt (intros, social ads)
  • graphic-ebook – designed B2B SaaS e‑books in HTML/CSS, exported as PDF
  • graphic-chart – create data visualizations (Chart.js/D3) and screenshot to PNG

Full idea board with more inspiration: here

If you have an existing Claude Code skill you’d like to submit, it takes 2 minutes — just show us what you built: Submission form

Also genuinely curious: what kind of skills have you guys been building for your own Claude Code workflows lately?

(P.S. The library is MIT licensed, free to try, and always will be. Paid bounties are optional for contributors who want to participate.)

Hey - if you've got Claude Code skills sitting in your repo, we'll pay you $100 to publish them.

Gooseworks (YC W23) is building out a public skills library for AI agents. Basically: you've probably built something cool for yourself. We think it's cool too. Let's put it somewhere people can use it - and we'll pay you $100 for it.

This is for you if:

  • You actively use Claude Code, OpenClaw, or Hermes
  • You have built useful skills or agents before
  • You can build and publish working skills or agent templates

What you will get:

Application takes 2 mins - just show us what you've built. We'll review and if it's a fit, we'll pay you $100 to publish: Forms

Hey - if you've got Claude Code skills sitting in your repo collecting dust, we'll pay you $100 to dust them off and publish them.

Hey - if you've got Claude Code skills sitting in your repo collecting dust, we'll pay you $100 to dust them off and publish them.

I'm helping Gooseworks (YC W23) build out a public skills library for AI agents.

These are some of the skills we're looking for:

vid-motion-graphics - Takes a prompt and generates a motion graphics video with animated text, icons, and visuals. Suitable for brand intros, explainer snippets, social media ads.

graphic-ebook - Create designed B2B SaaS e-books (3–10 pages) using HTML + CSS. Supports multiple styles and 8+ page layout types. Outputs as PDF.

graphic-chart - Generates a data visualization or chart (bar, line, pie, scatter, etc.) as an HTML file using Chart.js or D3, then screenshots to PNG.

Full list of skills we need: here

If you've built other skills we should see - apply with those too! These are just our immediate wishlist.

Application takes 2 mins - just show us what you've built. We'll review and if it's a fit, we'll pay you $100 to publish: Forms
