Tadoba: Unfortunate news. A tiger mauled and killed a young herder. Reports suggest that the tiger was most likely Shambhu. His most recent sightings showed that he had lost an immense amount of weight. My condolences to the victim’s family. Such a tragic loss.

Happy International Tiger Day! A little tribute to our lovely Shambhu, aka The Runner, aka the Gaur Hunter, aka CD’s arch nemesis, aka Collarwali’s side chick, a sweet father, a water cat, and my absolute GOAT.

After 3 years of severe hair loss (which I’m still dealing with), my hair changed completely. I lost nearly 80% of my volume, and the texture changed from curly to limp and straight. The first photo is from today. The others are from earlier this year. Seeing this kind of progress makes me happy.

Kanha: DJ getting into a tussle with her daughter, DJ9. This video is about a year old, when DJ9 tried to claim part of her mother’s territory. DJ wasn’t ready to give it up.
