Weird skipping/clunking sound from the front end when I let off the brakes from a stop. It happens both in forward and reverse. The brakes look fine, and the lower ball joints seem to be in good shape. I already picked up replacement ball joints just in case, but I’m starting to think it could be something else.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas what I should check?
Looking at getting some chrome headlights. Checking eBay and Amazon headlight reviews and they all seem like junk. Does anyone have any good brand recommendations? Would like to stay under 500$.

I’m not really into super lifted trucks, but I want to fit my 33s with as little rubbing as possible. From everything I’ve been reading, the Bilstein 5100s seem like the best bang for the buck. I also plan on replacing the upper control arms while I’m at it and would appreciate some recommendations.

I have a 2013 Mazdaspeed3 (non-tech package) with the factory Bose system, a Kenwood head unit, and a powered subwoofer. My stock speakers sound extremely faint and have little to no bass. At first I thought the factory Bose amp was bad, so I sent it out for repair/testing, but they told me the amp is functioning properly and recommended replacing the speakers instead.
I’m trying to figure out the correct speaker sizes, mounting adapters, and wiring harnesses needed, because I’m finding a lot of conflicting information online about the Bose-equipped models.
I want to:
Keep the factory Bose amp
Keep my Kenwood head unit and powered sub
Stay under a $500 budget
Improve overall sound quality and restore bass response
Please send me your recommendations/setups
I have a 2013 Mazdaspeed3 with the Bose sound system. I previously had a powered sub installed and everything worked perfectly. The sub got stolen, so I replaced it with the same powered sub using the same wiring already in the car.
After reconnecting it, my entire factory audio system sounds terrible. All speakers still work, volume control still works, overall volume is lower than before, almost all bass is gone, audio sounds muffled, vocals and highs are still there, but weak.
I think I may have mixed up the gray/white speaker-level input wires going into the powered sub. I disconnected the sub completely afterward, but the factory system still sounds muffled and weak even with the sub removed.
I disconnected my battery for a day to hoping the system or amp would've reset, but it didn't change anything.
Hoping someone with car audio experience can help me figure out a fix.

I got these brake pads from Oreillys. They say they fit my car (2013 ms3), but the style looks completely different and one of them has a sensor wire hanging from it. The clip also looks completely different. Has anyone installed these before, or was I given the wrong pads?
Any recommendations on how to fix this? The bumper no longer clips into place, but the holes on the bumper aren’t damaged. Could this be an issue with the internal retaining clips? I included the part I think might be the problem, but I’d like to confirm before ordering since it’s happening on both sides.
