Hi everyone

Im 27 and male.

I have sjogrens syndrome but it doesn't really effect me other than dry eyes and dry mouth

Since the covid vaccine I have been having these bizarre symptoms that come and go. Sometimes they are there for months on end and then poof! Nothing for weeks and i feel perfectly fine.

On my bad days I feel extremely tired and very weak even talking feels tiring. My heart will bounce mad if I walk to the toilet or up a stairs or even getting out of the car can make me pant and HR to get high.

Had 24 hour BP monitor all came back normal.

Last night I felt the worst I've ever felt. It came over me all of a sudden I got so weak and lethargic and kind of nauseous 🤢 I took some electrolytes and a propannalol and nothing worked.

I went to bed and my wife noticed i was not myself at all.

Woke up in the middle of the night to have diarrhea. Had more electrolytes.

This morning I felt like I was going to pass out and panting again and heart palpitations and weakness and extreme tiredness again.

Went to ER and they did bloods and ekg and all was normal they send me home!

Male 28 years old. 5f7 weighs 77 kilograms

Just 3 hours after work i collected my wife went home we both cooked dinner. Got this sudden wave of weakness, queezy-Ness, heart palpitations (on and off) slight chest pain and extreme tiredness. I get this from time to time but today July 21 was defo the worst in years. It's like I'm about to faint.

I always suffered with anxiety and panicked attacks but this is different. Panick attacks last 5 mins... this can last hours. I thought and my GP too that it was dysautonomia perhaps linked with my already diagnosed sjogren's? Now I'm perhaps thinking anemia? But my bloods were always good. Also got full cardiac works done and they found nothing.

Im 28 just married and bought a house in February so I'm a happy camper. Have a good job but i feel like an old man. I have no energy left for exercise. Can someone please help? What could this possibly be? For months I'd be perfectly fine and then these attacks of weakness tiredness palpitations (either when sitting or when doing the bare minimum exercises) feeling like fainting and nausea. These attacks always happen for weeks on end and then nothing for months. I eat healthy and quite smoking months ago.

Doc gave me 10 mg propannalol to use when needed only.

I stood outside watching the crowds pass our house with my husband... nice to see a good buzz!

The neighbour which we've had trouble with who always complains was also out there.

They looked back at us and I said a kind "hiya"

The neighbour then completely ignored us and while back in the house (window was open) I said "I guess we won't say hi anymore"

Then 2 minutes later the neighbour started bashing on our door and shouted through the letter box "stop harrasing me on my own footpath you twat" (terraced houses on the street noone owns a footpath)

We were both very shook to be honest.

We've had issues with them in the past but this takes the biscuit.

Did we harass her by saying hello?

Im pretty sure her banging and shouting would be harrasment?

Again I'm worried they might try to bring us to court or something because they dangerous.

I dont want to ring the guards as I dont want this to escalate since we just bought this house a litrle while ago.

They fully neglect their house and garden to the point their ivy has grown up on our wall to the point we cant reach it and tangling up in our gutters. Before it also damaged the plaster work on our side because I tried to remove the ivy. There is no talking to this neighbour 😑

How do I go about this legally? I dont want to start a war either but shouting in my letter box and her negligence causing damage to my house (ivy) is not on

Im getting very concerned and worried about a situation with a neighbour.

They're in their early 50s at the very most and barely leaves the house.

When we first moved in we tried to be friendly by introducing ourselves but all they did was complain about the previous owner (who i knew very well and was very ill at the time) that he was banging on the neighbours window everyday. (The previous owner couldn't even walk properly)

Nothing for a few months then...

Now I play guitar.. acoustic fingerstyle guitar.. a very soft genre, I practice maybe twice or 3 times a week for an hour or 2 max!

I use the guitar for music therapy with people that have disabilities.

The neighbour started banging on my wall 🧱

I took no notice at first because I was not loud and it was 2 PM on a Wednesday.

The next day I get a handwritten note stating "your guitar playing is extremely loud please do not play anymore"

I wrote a kind note back saying "my sincere apologies but I was not loud and it was during daytime hours but ill.keep an eye on the noise"

I then asked my other next door neighbour could he hear anything and he said no. (All terraced houses in Dublin city there's always going to be noise)

The notes kept coming and everytime i get in my car the neighbour is starting at me through their blinds. It's very uncomfortable.

Last month they then send a letter to my other next door neighbour's asking them do they hear noise and asking them to meet up with the "mad neighbour" and discuss this matter over

My nice neighbours send a note back saying "no we dont have any noise complains"

The mad neighbours garden is also completely overgrown their Ivy had attached itself to our wall and when I finally could get at it in the summer I realised it had attached itself under the plaster!! So when I removed the ivy chunks of plaster came with it. The boundary fence is also broken due to the overgrown ivy pulling it down on their side.

They won't answer the door so I dont know what to do. Im actually scared in my own house because of this neighbour and I'm worried sick.

I want to fix the fence and pay for it but she will need to remove some ivy so I can gain access to the fence and fix it. Like I said my wall of my house is damaged due to her negligence of their garden. Before I forget they also complained about our 3 month old crying a few times... babies do cry you know...

I cant even practice my guitar because I'm actually worried.

Any advice?
