a friend asked me to get on fortnite after not playing for a while and when i updated the game and tried opening it gave me this message that i needed to sign in ?? i played fortnite last month and literally bought the crew pass too for the laufey skin .
they give the code to log in thru my phone and i try this, i try the email . my xbox and playstation accounts that should both be linked to my epic account they all say smt along the lines of youve never signed in with this account .
so i do the account recovery system they email me twice i log in, they made me a new account .
i try their chat system im connected to this dumb ass bot who literally REFUSES to connect me to a human being . and the suggestions they offering do not work .
i have emails from epic as early as dec 2025 from my REAL account and just played the game on playstation from my real account last month .
this is annoying and stupid how am i able to contact support on this matter ? or am i just out of an account forever

none are super big headline names, smaller artists that i think could be cool for like gnaw stage maybe flog
dont get me wrong the songs are cool but i lwky wanna hear more than just dttg, chroma, and a few shortened songs .
last year especially i was hoping to hear atleast a little cherry bomb for the ten year, dttg will be a bit over one year old, and chromakopia will be two
his current tour ends in august so im lwky hoping we get more of a legacy set incorporating older songs that arent shortened to hell, or does everyone still wanna hear the new stuff
the idea of playing dbd is so great, until you actually start playing
