Which ones is everyone using? I’ve just used up my last bits of crap supermarket one I got in a rush and want something good now.

I need to replace all my plants soil really (got depressed and neglected them a bit)

I’m probably gonna need 2 x bulk bags cos I have a lot of plants. 50/60l total or more

I’m airing towards soil ninja bulk bags as they’re reasonably priced but does anyone have any other suggestions?

I wondered what people feed their shrimp and the frequency?

I have a very healthy tank with good parameters etc but still haven’t got a good feeding schedule.

Currently feeding with lollies and pellets and they seem very happy but I want to up my game.

I’ll be introducing ember tetra in about 2 weeks so not sure whether their food will make a difference too.

Hello!

I’m desperately trying to include more protein in my diet and trying to eat better as a whole as I’ve neglected my health lately.

Im wanting some ideas/recipes for salads/toppers that I can make relatively quickly to take to work.

I have seen tofu blended into dressings which seems like a great way to add protein.

Would appreciate any ideas - google didn’t come up with the best recommendations.
