Why do i like the songs so much?

Because within each rock-song classical-music-elements are used, like:

Tempo changes

Melody changes

Volume changes

Instrument changes.

Nice developments so far! Interesting to have a navigable river Wonder like f.e. Windmill The Adriaan (1779; Haarlem)

Or are there none at all?

[ The Adriaan is not really a wonder, though a very nice and well constructed building for that time ]

Playing with Test of Time was indeed more difficult. Though turn-yields can still get rather high compared to AI-civs
