Record and stream section in Radeon software disappeared

Hi everyone, my “Record & Stream” section has disappeared from AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition.

Earlier I used to see the recording/streaming options, but now the top menu only shows Home, Gaming, Performance, and Smart Technology. I cannot find Instant Replay, Record, Stream, or any ReLive settings anywhere.

AMD Software shows my driver is up to date. I am currently on Adrenalin version 26.4.6.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this caused by a driver bug, missing ReLive component, Windows setting, or a bad Adrenalin installation?

My specs:

GPU: RX 7900 XTX
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
OS: Windows 11
AMD Software version: 26.4.6

Please let me know the safest fix. Should I reinstall Adrenalin, use Factory Reset, or clean install with DDU?

Y are the ARGBs flashing ?

The PC is off and it's connected to a UPS. When I turn the PC on it works fine, no red light LED debugs, all the ARGBs work fine, overall the PC is fine but this sudden flashing of ARGBs flashing when the PC is not on but connected to a current source is bothering me. Any idea y?

MB: Gigabyte X870 Eagle WiFi7 DDR5

CASE: Cooler Master Elite 681 ARGB (Black)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
