Why have we not gotten a MyCareer unlocker for NBA 2K23, NBA 2K24, and PGA Tour 2K21 yet?

NBA 2K22 was the last 2K game to get a MyCareer unlocker on the pirated PC version. Why hasn't anyone made one for any of the newer 2K games?

I don't know if I'm allowed to share but I'm working on a revival of the MyCareer game mode from PGA Tour 2K21/2K23/2K25 and The Golf Club games so we can play them offline. If interested link below. This is about video game preservation. I know PGA Tour 2K25 exists. Not the point.
