I have a inspiron 7706 2n1 laptop and bought it back in 2021 am trying to decide at what age to get a new one. adding to my decision is i trying to be hand man had the reg charging port get so loose it stopped working i took back off got a new port and removed old one unplugging it from the board but when plugging the new one in i pushed to much at the connection on the board came right off. i did change the battery last year. I have been charging it thru the c port which is working for now. So my big question do i try and have the board connection fixed or change the board and reg charging port or get a new laptop. i dont do any gaming just some business bank and a lot of face book and x type chats. if i do decide to have fixed it looks like should have it done where would be best to have it done maybe at a dell location.
