another DO NOT BUY on stubhub
Bought tickets months ago. Received multiple emails saying tickets were delivered. None came. Spent ~1 hour 5 times with customer support. All BS responses. Wait 72 hours. Spoke on phone to supervisor (supposedly). Requested he email me after 72 to update status. Guess what, no progress, another 72 hour wait.
At this point I bought new tickets elsewhere. Stubhub never followed up, and despite having worse tickets in the same section, never offered to give me an exchange despite "We go out of our way to find replacement tickets if there is an issue with your order." Total BS.
Now I'm fighting to get my money back. Guess what? Escalated. 72 hours. And the tickets I bought through them? The owner was sitting in them.
I WILL NEVER USE SH AGAIN. NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
