BTS Love / hate relationship

I became an army in Like 2022 I came to know about the in 2021 I think then after stanning them for an year or 2 I got distant probably closer to the time when they started going to military I never was a hardstan and I only listened to 50ish of there songs I was in early teens and liked watching edits and stuff and was attracted to them then it all got kinda cringe or too much for me and you that i am 18 and they have came back and been active i interact with there content and also been listening to there songs I don't find them annoying or anything but i do know that they ate that "perfect" like vkook being forced (atleast what u think) to Act gay and them just posting thrust traps to make people forget there controversies is all just too controversial for me

I know they never talked about Palestine or have supported anything even a little bit controversial for them like they are always acting like the "neutral ones" or that as if they are innocent even tho they are grown men pushing thirties like with the CB controversy,I don't know what stuff he had actually done, but RM and jhope obviously knew or just don't give a damn

I know celebs are just people I have been into Korean entertainment industry especially kdramas but atleast that's acting but with BTS it's that they are put out to be very perfect which they aren't and it makes me very uncomfortable

I am not able to start studying again

Whenever I even think of studying my whole body gets tense and like my eyes starts stinging I think it's some kind of stress mechanism that occurs but I don't really know what to do about it I do want to study

Like I know I like studying when I am not stressed and I have a major exam in 45 days I had actually given up studying for it but now it got delayed so I maybe able to actually make a difference now but I don't know how to start I think maybe it's a mental health issue like I get really really stressed and my whole body and Brian kinda shuts down so I think that maybe I should take a break but that just doesn't work idk
