I am researching a hiring-related idea and would love some honest feedback.

Many companies say they receive hundreds of applications, but still struggle to find the right candidate. At the same time, many skilled candidates apply to many jobs but don't get selected.

I'm thinking about building a platform that first collects feedback from recruiters and hiring managers about their biggest hiring challenges.

Then, using that feedback, the platform would help companies find more suitable candidates faster and reduce hiring mistakes.

Before building anything, I want to understand the real problem.
