LA City Park Rangers
Anyone here work for or know about the agency? I know they attend the LAPD academy, are cross trained in EMS and wildland firefighting, and are an unarmed agency.

Is this no longer the norm? At my old agency we were tight knit, we would grab beers after shift, bbq on days off and spend time hanging out away from work. This made us tight knit on shift. At my current agency no one hangs out after work and you don't feel that same camaraderie. Is this no longer a thing?
