This isn’t a phase. Grunge and punk are the reason I wake up — they’re my ethics, my soundtrack, my skin.

I’m 17, from a small industrial corner of Russia (Sverdlovsk region), and I’m searching for the people who breathe these subcultures the way I do. Not the casual “I like Nirvana sometimes” crowd, but those who know the ideology behind the noise and actually try to live by it. DIY or die. Question everything. No gods, no masters — and a whole lot of distortion.

A bit about me:

· I dress the part every day — it’s not a costume, it’s my identity.
· I go to gigs whenever I can (and when bands dare to come here).
· I know the roots, the unwritten rules, and the beautiful mess of these scenes.

I’m here for online friends, but real ones. The kind where we send each other obscure tracks, argue about underground bands, share messy demos, talk about how this lifestyle shapes our choices, and maybe support each other’s art — or just scream into the void together. Location isn’t important; if you’re from somewhere else, even better — I want to hear how the scene breathes where you live.
