Is anyone else having the issue that there is like no bots showing up? i can search anything and at most like 20? bots to show up.

my cat f(9) has been using the bathroom everywhere but the litter box. we have tried everything, moving the litter box changing her litter getting a new litter box and even putting cat nip in the new litter box and she just wont use it. my dad is getting ready to get rid of her. please help
