I'm currently studying in Istanbul tech which is one of the best unis in my country and in top100 for engineering and technology. I didn't take sat( I can get 1550+ easily) and don't have extracurriculars. I'm curious whether I have a chance or not if I do a exchange at usa or Canada in top100 uni , work at lab and get good reference letter ? (Our household income is about 35k )
