Why every time I stick to a diet does my body decide to crave chocolate. This is not fair!
I put on weight while finishing my degree and have been working really hard to loose it and diet mainly to improve my cardio. Family history of heart disease so it’s very important to me. But I just constantly have cravings for chocolate. I’m also allergic to most types of chocolate, especially cadburys so I tend to bake chocolate brownies which I can eat but then I you know eat them. My thinking is always, if I eat the craving then I won’t snack but then I’m eating something that isn’t exactly amazing for me.

Can anyone help me identify when this book was published?
I’ve been gifted my great grandads cook book and I’m trying to figure out when it was published. There’s no dates listed within it so hopefully someone else knows what clues to look for.
It’ll probably be from around 1940 if not earlier. I think he was born in about the 1920s. Was a baker before the war, a naval chef during the war and then returned to baking after the war.
We did used to have a big book on all the family history but unfortunately my great uncle has that and refuses to let anyone else see it.
Any recommendations on merino wool/similar bras for larger breasts?
Im being driven mad trying to find a supportive bra for long multiday hikes that doesn’t also cut my skin or trap sweat close to my body. I have incredibly acidic sweat no matter my diet so it gets incredibly uncomfortable if I’m on a long hike and in a normal plasticy sports bra. I’ve tried all sorts but most things have pointed me to merino wool. However I’m a 34F cup and my boobs have the structural integrity of some jello left in the sun; so I need some good support and something that doesn’t add pressure to my shoulders making big packs even more uncomfortable.
Any recommendations on a good place to get a supportive, no compressive merino wool bra? Or any other solutions?
I’m also looking at merino wool underwear to deal with my bodies desire to give me UTIs after any amount of physical outdoor activity. Cotton underwear just doesn’t seem to be cutting it anymore and I’m bored of random non sensical infections.
Units are calculated based either off the average for a pint of mid strength beer or from the units listed on the backs of bottles. I’ve bee keeping this list since I started drinking at 16. I’m now 20. There is one missing piece of data that I’m still looking for, it’s written on a scrap of paper somewhere.
On nights out etc I keep a note on my phone of what I’m drinking and if I finish the drink. If the drink is not finished I reduce the number in the column for ‘total drink’ eg if I only had 3/4 of my pint it would become 0.75 of a drink.

How do I keep track when blackout?: I generally stop drinking when I’m that frazzled as I start vomiting. Light weight I know. On the occasion I continue to drink my friends have always taken notes for me or at least taken pictures of my drinks for me to calculate later.
Am I fun at parties?: No clue, I have a decent friend group and a partner I love and they all like the spreadsheet or have similar. So I have fun at parties with people like me. Am I fun to other people? Idk nor do I care.
Am I autistic? : I think so but the NHS said I’m not.
Why did I start doing this?: long story short, to work out how much I needed to drink to be appropriately hammered before coming to uni and then just kept it up to help with keeping to limits. It’s helped a lot with doctors appointments and when I got spiked it was evidence that I hadn’t drunk enough to end up in the state I was.

I guess I find a grad job right? In anything to do with human or physical geography. Qualified in both. Need to find a dress for graduation. Need to find a new apartment to move into…. Need to go on a pub crawl to celebrate?
