Hello! I will be starting nortriptyline, and I have a hard time swallowing capsules lol, gotten worse after my symptoms started.... any tips at all? TIA!!!!

Hello! its been 1.5 years now with symptoms and now my main symptom is abdomianl tightness (constant, 24/7 and gets tighter/more discomfort after I eat, as well increases during the week before the time of the month).

Does anyone else have this symptom? its tight from my belly button upwards to sternum. And did medication help you? (if so which one?) thanks!!

Shopping for my first car and was wondering if anyone had tips when test driving/looking at a 2018 sr5! (100k km for 36k CAD - will probs offer less lol). Carfax is fine just a glass record and maintenance done every year. I'm more so worried about how it came from a east coast province, so will for sure check for rust but not sure what else? Thanks!

Hello! On my journey to buy a 4runner. I came across a 2011 4runner with 220k km asking $15 k (will offer less). How many more years would that last me? Is a purchase like this risky? I am still in school and will need it for travelling on rotations next year (aside from other purposes like road trips) so it needs to be reliable (e.g. turn on during a winter night when I'm on call) so debating getting a higher mileage 4runner for cheaper so I don't graduate with tons of debt vs something a lil newer up to 30k. Hi! I am looking for an older 4runner (first car!) so went to look at a 2011 4runner SR5 the other day. It was at a smaller dealership that said it was in great condition. The body and inside WAS in great condition!

During test driving though, not ony were the brakes needed to be replaced, so was the turning blinker, but the truck took quite a bit of time accelerating to get to highway speed - is this normal?? The steering also was not smooth!? Is that just the way 4runners drive? I should have test drove another one perhaps. It was just concerning that the dealership didn't want to address the issues until after I bought it ($19k, 180k km), worried something else major could be wrong with it like power steering or if this is indicative of future issues that I cannot tell... thoughts?

Hello! I am looking for my first car and would love a 4runner (need something reliable for travelling for school and safe for winters). I found this 2011 4runner with 170k km for $19k + tax. Is that reasonable? It will be safetied too.

Should I be looking for anything in particular when I go see it/have it looked at by a mechanic. It has a clean carfax, and will for sure inspect rust.

Dealership is quite far so just checking the price before I make the trip over!

Hello! Just a girl buying her first truck! I am looking at a 2017 ram, however I came across the concern of power steering failure (also side note I live in an area with lots of snow so I'm worried about it!)

When I go look at the truck is there anything I should ask/look for thats indicative that it could have a power steering failure in the future? Thanks!!! (I also plan to take whichever truck to the mechanic first)
