Can anyone help me identify it? Looked it up on some database and it says from the year 1900 if it helps. Also, is there a way to tell if it is a fake?

Hi, a few months back, I had quite the bad run and cut myself (cat scratch depth) a few dozen times in the area where I wear my watch across the span of maybe 5 months? Thankfully just one recent relapse but I noticed that my skin has a noticeably different structure where I used to cut, where it looks like longer, like fibers instead of the usual smaller shapes. I'd show a picture, but the recent one is still red, but closed up at least.
I was looking at the Gaahleri combos (Turbox mini with Gaahd 39 and Serenair GTS06) and the Master G22 combos, but I see as many complaints as praises on forums. Is there any good airbrush and compressor that would fit my budget? I would use them for scale modelling.
