my take on ancestory

so would it be insane to make it where my fantasy races (changing to ancestories) change depending on region? so each ancestory has sub ones for regions? i have the normal dark elf high elf and humans but like humans, high elves or dark elves gain a sub culture within a region they settle? i feel not alot of fantasy does this.

Question

So designing a ttrpg for my fantasy world. I’m trying to figure out healthy system. I have a posture and health. The posture is a number that goes down first and heals easier. Health is like hearts in Zelda and only heal if used special potions or long rest.
My idea was to start everyone at 3 health plus a couple depending on class.
Posture would be like agility modifier (one of the stats) plus 10 to start.
I’m having trouble designing balance on this and how monsters would work. I wanna balance it like pathfinder 2e where monsters go by levels and all that exp stuff.
Any advice or anything? I haven’t seen much like this is all.

My take on dwarves

So I have my own fantasy ip. I wanted to see if anyone was interested in hearing about my take on dwarves? If so let me know I’ll edit the post.

Edit: the dwarves. Standing at 5 to 6 feet, they were once made of the earth itself. Now a mortal body, they control the magical gems of the world. Magical arms dealers, they have their clans each control a different mountain range.
Different clans deal in different magical aspects.
The iron dwarves deal in weaponry and mechanical advancement.
The gold dwarves rule over a merchant empire.
The platinum dwarves control armies upon armies of knights.
The fire metal dwarves originating in volcano regions deal in warlock pacts and fire and demon contracts.
Each dwarf clan is based on a metal or ore like item that they are originally from. For example iron dwarf or gold dwarf. They can magically transform into their earthern side, making them golem like.
A sub race of dwarves in ancient times were being slaughtered and a high king of a clan fused his magical knowledge and his body to make the first golem. The souls of the dwarves of his people were sent into these golems. In this form they eat magical gems. And absorb these gems for magical abilities.

Creation myth

Creation Myth
Once there was the mother of all creation. Then she birthed three brothers. One of creation. One of destruction. And one of rebirth.
From the brother of creation came the gods.
From the brother of destruction was the void and death.
From the brother of rebirth came the soul of mortals and the afterlife.
After the mother of creation disappeared, the three brothers combined there powers, raising there weapons of creation up, the tips of swords touching allowing for the universe to survive. The three brothers vanished just as the mother of creation did

What y’all think? Just a new thought I was having. Something new. For reference the moth of creation was the first thing the universe itself made.

Mechanic

Mechanic

So doing my own ttrpg. Inspired by Zelda, fallout, elder scrolls, fabla ultima.
I’m on the attributes of the game. I want there to be a progression. My idea is each can be 1-10. First level has a max of a stat being at 5. And this increase is increased every 3 levels. (Max level is 30).
Base stat is 1 there isn’t any negative but 1 is nothing special.
I was trying to figure out how to do level 1 stats. Maybe two stats are at 5? Then everything else a base stat depending on class.
Or everything starts at 3 and u can mix and match and decrease points and increase to max of 5 at level 1.
Which one sounds better and would make more sense.

Question about my world.

My post apocalyptic fantasy world

So my world is in a post Great War. 300 years ago a nuclear like magic event happened. The world was damaged. Too much magic exploded like nuclear bombs. Has there been any worlds like this? My world is like a fantasy fallout world.
If yall did anything like this what made urs post apocalyptic or dark fantasy?

Repost kinda - Elves

So I have decided for my elves to kinda flesh out an idea of early Tolkien or I heard older dnd did it?
Elves being finite amount of souls and each time they get reborn they are wanderers in the afterlife (think spirits on our plane) until they find the right body. So the children, a new baby is born then an elf spirit goes into that baby as a vessel.
I’m having an issue of justifying some stuff. I have some questions I want ur opinion on:
Are u technically a new person? Are the parents ur new parents?
How does bloodlines work?
How are new elves made?
Are new elves made?
(This is the high elves btw)
