On a trip to Manali soon, being a foodie would like to explore good food options in Manali. I heard Siddu is something i should have but don’t know exactly where, same goes for momos, esp the mutton momos in hill stations are really good. Any suggestions are welcome.

First time went few months ago and then kept going back once in a while, visited this weekend and the “steamed momos“ were dipped in OIL. Like literally the OIL was dipping and had to use several napkins to absorb the OIL. A brush of oil is used on the steamer surface so the dumplings don’t stick but the quantity and obviously the quality of oil was bad. Filling of veg momos are nothing but cabbage, onions,MSG and of course flooded with oil. Before the quality was not this bad this time it was very unhealthy for consumption. I had momos delivered from Ah so yum and the quality was good both tibetian chicken and veg. Any other good places in Lucknow that sells good quality of momos veg or non veg?
