So I have been availing this scholarship for first 3 years of my college. In my 4th year of btech i forgot to apply for the scholarship. If i apply now will get the scholarship ? Is there some deadline for it or no ?

My 4th year was 2025-26 session

We are 5 people planning to live in a 3 bhk in lotus zing sector 168. I have heard that the society creates issues due to this. Apparently there is some kind of rule where they allow only 3 people in 3bhk. But the broker is saying they can make agreement in the name of 3 people and all of us can live there easily.

I just want to know if there will be issues created by society in the future or not ?

Hii, we are 6 people looking for a 3 bhk flat. Unfortunately in all the societies, they give 3 bhk to at max 4 people.

Can anyone please suggest some society where this wont be a issue and 6 of us can live without anyone bothering us ?

P.S. - we all are working bachelors (all males). Also no one drinks/smokes. So we wont be making a ruckus or chaos anywhere

Anywhere between sector 137 to sector 151 works. Please suggest good societies for me.

One society i have in my mind is jaypee aman. How is it for living ? What are the issues faced by people who are/have lived there ? Any other societies you would suggest.
