Caretaker for elderly mother in noida to support lifestyle needs

I am looking for urgent recommendations for reliable home caretaker services or independent caregivers for my 72-year-old mother in noida, who is a cancer patient. She is currently very weak physically and requires full assistance with her basic day-to-day tasks and mobility.
Since this requires a high level of care, we are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
High Patience & Empathy: The caregiver must be polite, soft-spoken, and deeply compassionate. My mother suffers from incontinence, so the staff must be completely understanding and professional when handling washroom assistance or cleaning up accidents (motion in clothes) without showing any frustration or annoyance.
Strict Hygiene Standards: Maintaining proper personal hygiene for the patient and keeping her immediate environment clean is absolutely essential.
Experience in Elder/Patient Care: Prior experience handling weak, elderly, or recovering patients is highly preferred.

If you have used a service or know an independent caretaker who fits this profile, please share.

Transitioning from Job to a Franchise Business in Noida (37M, 6Cr NW) — Need Suggestions

I am a 37-year-old with 14 years of experience in the service industry. I am currently looking to start a side business with the eventual goal of transitioning from my corporate job to full-time entrepreneurship.

Net Worth: ~₹6 Crores (₹3.5 Cr in Stocks/Mutual Funds + ~₹2.5 Cr in Real Estate)

Brand franchise suggestions based in noida.

Models that generate good revenue and are well-suited for someone with a corporate/service background

Ideally, something that can start as a side business before I make the complete switch.

I did try reaching out to Blinkit for their partner program, but I haven't received a response (it seems they are flooded with inquiries and don't get back to everyone).

Would love to hear from folks who have successfully made a similar jump from an IT job to a franchise business. What brands or sectors would you recommend? Thanks!

Current state and MF vs Direct Stocks

What is going on with indian market. Why money is not growing as it use to be historically? What better investment options do we have now other than investments in stocks market/MFs in india?

I have been doing direct stocks SIPs since 2021:
Stocks:
Invested: 1.35cr (14-15stocks)
Current: 1.51cr
XIRR: 5.27

MF: since 2021
Invested: 73.82L (6 MFs- large, mid, small, multi, nift 50, gold)
Current: 90.08L
XIRR: 13.34

Foreign stocks:
Current: 88L
XIRR: not sure(17% overall profit)

Clearly,Investing in MFs have been more profitable.

In the longer term 10,20,30,40 years, i feel MF would still beat my stocks returns. Feeling like exiting indian stocks completely and moving money to MFs portfolio.

Recommend best malls in noida

In my opinion, DLF mall of india sector 18 is the best mall in noida. With plenty options for shopping and food, also good crowd quality. 2nd i would choose Logix mall sector 32

Anyone thinks different and feels there are better malls than DLF mall of india in Noida and NCR?
