Mine just won’t import dunno why

I'm trying to upload banners onto my company and personal pages and I've tried every upload dimension and sizing I can think of or find online. I know 3384 x 573 seemed to work for some people, and I'm uploading in incognito. No matter what I do, it still comes out way too compressed and not sharp. At a loss for what to do, any advice would be helpful!

Also I'm building in figma
