Any recommendations on a gaming laptop to buy?? I use a MacBook Pro but need something better. I have a PS5 but there are steam games and other games I'd prefer to pay on the PC. Nothing crazy, just something decent and will last a decent amount of time.

Hey all, so I met this lady at this bar where a writing event was going on. I spoke to her first at the bar and I think I established pretty good rapport with her. I asked her about herself and we really discussed about each others lives, interests, jobs, where we live, etc.

And then when we were at the area where there were presentations going on, when it was me and her sitting nearby, there was a lot of times she was talking to me. She was joking around a lot with me and always seemed to smile and make a silly joke around me when I spoke. I tried to listen more and while take control of the conversation, let her talk more.

I was able to get her instagram and when it was intermission I took her to the bar with me. I asked her if she wanted a drink and she declined. And again we spoke and chat for a while, I felt there was such good chemistry and we both were enjoying each other a lot.

But when We went back to the place to listen to presentations, eventually she left the area... I didn't follow her, I just wanted to act unbothered and just pay attention. After the thing, I saw her at the bar, and she was talking with 2 older people. She really seemed into the conversation, so I just tried talking to my friends and another girl.

Eventually when I was about to leave I just waited to say bye and when I did she said 'oh so you're leaving?' I said yeah

..... I later thought about asking her out on instagram because I just didn't think there was the right moment for me to ask. I asked her out and I saw she read it but that was it. I did send it late, but she did accept me on instagram....

Does she like me and have feelings for me?

I just don't think she would've done all these things if she didn't... wondering what you all think.

Hey all currently a 34 y/o physician and make over 200k in NYC.

I currently live with family and have 50k saved up and more saving monthly with my job...

There is a house that is almost 1 million and I was approved for a 1 million dollar loan and if I put a 50k downpayment, My monthly mortgage would be around 6500 dollars.

However, if I rent in a decent area, I would be paying 4 k a month...

I really like this house, its big and in a nice area, but I do have to put some work into it like 50k for be livable..... But the benefits include: living in a house I own and love, and muchhh bigger than renting, I am still able to maintain my social life, the house will nearly increase by 1/4 after repairs from 1 million to 1.5 million....

What do you all recommend that I do? I am in favor of buying the house and making to repairs. It will increase in value by about 200k-500k just by repairs alone.
