Has anybody used it and seen any improvements?
I bought We Well medical silicone scar gel a few weeks ago (currently 7 weeks post op).
I've been applying it morning and evening to my scar and the smaller scars around where the incision was (I had a few cameras in my knee to check the other tears).
It is still early days, but I haven't seen much of an improvement - I will still keep up with the routine of applying the gel though.
I've been waiting patiently for this 1* ! Help please ✨️
Also, happy to help others by trading a 3* for any 3*
I don't have the scratch card option yet and I never get the free coffees (I don't live/ travel near any of them).
Clicked today to see if the free coffees were there - and surprisingly a Greggs coupon was!
Feel free to DM me and I will give you the QR code.
Happy Monday, caffeine lovers! ☕️
After 10 years of using the F10, I decided to try a new mask.

I had a discussion with my sleep therapist who suggested a full face mask still (mouth breather and not keen on the idea of taping my mouth).

First time using the F40 last night and what a game changer!!!

Fabulous for side sleepers and it's a little 'squishy' so not as rigid as the F10.

I was slightly dubious as I have both nostrils pierced (one ring and one stud) but this made zero difference.

The only thing I'd say is that it had a little more pressure between my bottom lip and chin - tolerable, but it might be a simple thing if playing with the straps.

I am so happy as I can feel the soft pillow on my face more and having the light hose attachment that attaches to my main hose made it feel so much lighter. No pressure on the bridge of my nose. Less mask/ strap marks. Nowhere near as much hot air surrounding my face (I turned humidity off a few months ago, but I still have my water chamber attached).

I wear a standard head piece and medium F10 so took the leap at ordering the same fit for the F40.

Zero regrets.
6 days post op for full MCL reconstruction.
(Awaiting ACL and PCL reconstruction in the future).

Full leg brace fixed straight which isn't super uncomfortable, however the part which will eventually be able to help me walk when unlocked is digging into the bandage/incision where my MCL is.

Physio have tried to reconfigure this but can't and have said I can unstrap the brace if I keep my leg straight just for some relief.
This won't be possible at nighttime as I know I'll move subconsciously (side sleeper).

I am elevating my leg at night keeping my brace on with 2 pillows but waking up with excruciating pain, numbness and swelling - particularly around the incision where the brace is digging in.

Are there any pillow suggestions for my leg (bearing in mind it is fixed so has to be a straight pillow).

I'm in the UK, if that helps regarding sourcing some comfortable options.

Super tired and super fed up.
Show me you need it to complete a set and/or your album and it's yours 😊
I'm not playing for a while after this album ends (so those who have me as a friend, feel free to bash my board to pieces come the next album) 😂 👀
