Hey Reddit,
I’m 33 years old and I’ve been feeling this way for the last three months. Even though I’m on vacation right now, every morning I wake up already feeling drained and tired. It feels like I have zero energy even for simple things. I thought it was just work stress, but the vacation hasn’t really fixed it.
Has anyone else dealt with this? I’d really appreciate if you could share:
• How do you fight chronic low energy / fatigue?
• What actually helped you feel more energetic (sleep, diet, exercise, supplements, routines, etc.)?
• Any life hacks or habits that worked for you personally?
