The market is full of jobs, and its driving me crazy!

>!The market is full of jobs, but they suck so much!!<

For example, a commission-based job will require 6 months of experience, and I still have to source the leads, call them, and close them?!

I saw an offer the other day where a guy wanted me to go through a list of accounting firms, qualify them, call them, and email them, all of that just for commission!

Jobs like this should have a base salary.

It's not even sales anymore; it's just modern slavery.

DON'T AGREE TO THESE JOBS! YOU ARE ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN, DEAR REPS.

The issue is i see reps getting scammed like this every f'ing day, i know better discord servers but nah you cant show our competition or youre banned. lool

dear admins, add rules that if any offer owner adds a job that has no sales-related tasks, your offer will be removed, or add a base....

They want a fully passive business lol, no hard work done...

I book an appointment every day and i hate cold callling

I need help.

Even though I'm a pretty good cold caller, I hate cold calling so much.

I can't lie to myself or pretend otherwise; I hate it. It feels heavy on my heart.

I closed a $24k deal (the commission was really low because the revenue is spread over a couple years), and I still hated every minute of it.

What mindset should I adopt? What should I do?

The reality is, I need this job to survive, but it's really getting to me. It's constantly bothering me, and I don't know how to make peace with it.

Sales 1Y?

I’m a sales rep with 1 year of overall sales experience. I’ve worked in:

• Face-to-face sales
• Cold calling
• Closer (occasionally)
• Appointment setting through outreach and inbound.

To be clear, I started cold calling around 3 months ago. In that time, I worked with my first client and delivered strong results for him. He confirmed it himself.

I also have:
• 7 months experience in copywriting
• Around 3 months in face-to-face sales
• Around 3 months in cold calling

But honestly, I don’t rely only on “years of experience.”

What matters more is skill.

And that’s where I stand out.

I know how to:
• Handle objections without breaking flow
• Stay patient under pressure
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Move conversations toward a close

If you’re looking for:
• A DM setter
• A cold caller
• A sales rep who actually knows how to talk to people and get results

Just hit me up, lets talk it out.

[DISCUSSION] Wasteland loot sucks

No its not the time glitch.

I have started this vault two weeksago and now i have 14 maxed characters only for wasteland exploration and the loot?

has been disappointing to say the least.

Does anyone have this issue?

Or is it because i have sent them so many times and got so much loot the game just lowers the value of my loot?

Or am i expecting too much?

Character out for 2 days, 13K caps, and the loot? Its disappointing.

In a nutshell, i pee in the bathroom sink.

I place my sausage in a way that the pee goes in a direction (like the Waterbenders) that won’t cause the entire sink to have pee all over it.

The pee whirls itself into the sinkhole and yeah.

After im done i quickly wash it (the sink especially where the pee went) and yeah thats it.

Is it okay? As in long term damage or am i fine doing that?
