My brother and I fell out after our dad passed, the usual ugly mix of grief and property stuff. Things were said…like he blamed me for never being there and I blamed him for never taking care of Dad. Six years of radio silence…missed his wedding. Never met my nephew…heck never even saw him.

This grief was getting too much for me, building up over the years. Finally decided to call him yesterday, and we finally talked (cried) it through on a long phone call. 🤞

I am going to finally see him next month in Oregon. Also I want to bring something that is genuinely heartfelt and premium. He was always the wine guy, used to collect bottles back when we were close. But six years is a long time and I genuinely don't know what he's into anymore. 

Any recommendations for a gift or any such hampers you’ll know of? Budget isn't really the constraint here. Getting it right is.

We visited Agra with my parents... also my gf tagged along (we forced her😅)

And what an amazing experience....revisiting Agra was worthwhile...and coming back after years gave the feels. Tried out a few romantic poses at the Taj Mahal and also visited Moti Mahal & Fatehpur Sikri. Our stay was top-notch at Club Mahindra Saura Hotel in Agra.

Ate a variety of things from daily north indian food to dishes like petha, bedai with jalebi, which are local delicacies. Resort was royal, proper service, food and activities. Really felt like a married couple...we did. Can't wait to get married and be back!!🧿❤️

Made two of these yesterday, turned out fireee🙏😭 Simple home ingredients only.

Same old sh*t…life happened, job, deadlines, meetings, presentations, lack of sleep and rising EMIs. Somewhere in between all this…lost the motivation to workout. Just eat, sleep, work, repeat. Became a couch potato, and the scale kept increasing kg by kg. But it was not that I ate too much or something. Just increased cortisol levels and loss of metabolism.

But didn’t know it concerned her (my ❤️) even more than me…so much so…that she, someone who doesn’t even have a clue of whey types and all, searched brands, and ordered clear whey out of all types (she knows my gut can’t handle lactose at all now) so I could still hit my protein goals. 

Started on a few home workouts & she made me the Muscleblaze iso clear whey and told me…thoda kam kamaalena, I’ll do less shopping, but please take care of your health Jaan (she calls me this ❤️😅)...

I won in life. Gonna start serious gymming from May again.
