First period returned 3 months after coming off Depo

I’m (21F) 3 months off the jab. Hadn’t noticed much other than the daily bleeding stopped. Normal discharge returns and that’s it. Got extremely hot flushes and nausea occasionally.

Fast forward to 3 days ago. I started to bleed, have been dealing with being extra emotional, moody, crampy, headachey, increased libido and extreme EXTREME fatigue!
The fatigue is terrible I can hardly get myself out of bed. Even after a sleep in I’m drowsy around 6pm. I’m super exhausted. Did anyone else experience this? I bled daily on the jab, but hadn’t had an actual period for a year. It’s like I’ve forgotten how to handle them! Any advice to help my body readjust?

What is this and what should I do?

I have only noticed these marks for the last two days. It gets good indirect light from a nice big window. About an hour of direct light in the afternoon. Watered when feeling dry. I’ve had these for a few months now never had any issues. Just moved to a new home two weeks ago. It’s colder here. I also cut some stems off a few days ago as it was getting very leggy and I wanted to propagate too.

Why is it so leggy?

How can I make it bushier?

It does get great light (it’s only been in this spot for two days, I have just moved house). But it always has had great light and watering every few days. I grew it from a small propagation

I just bought this, I didn’t have my glasses on and didn’t see this damage… is it saveaeble? I’m not sure how much light or water she was getting as I bought her from a cafe. Shall I change the soil?
