I'm dealing with a damage dispute . I didn't agree with Airbnb support decision so sent a pre dispute notice. It's been two weeks since they received my certified mail but didn't get any response.

What is the next course? Do I need to go through Arbitration or go straight to the small claims court?

Visiting there in the second week of August. Worried about the crowd. We will be there Monday through Wednesday. Is the wait going to be bad when entering in the morning?

Spent total 3 hours on simple billing issue on texting. Completely waste of time. They terminated chat unilaterally without any resolution.

If I interpret that as I can go to Europe and my US number will roam for data and call without any additional fee. But somewhere I saw that you need a separate travel pass for above?
